Carrots are the perfect vegetable addition to any entree and are great side dishes. I always add raw julienned carrots to my salads or noodle soups. Carrots make up part of the base of my marinara sauce and they are always included in my stir fry recipes. You can bake or steam whole carrots or baby carrots and add some nice honey glaze to them for a perfect side dish in a turkey or ham dinner.
