Fusilli Alfredo Bake
Any Pasta I love. Red sauce, tadalafil white sauce, online green sauce, mind no sauce. I love pasta. I love pasta bakes too. Pasta bakes are always cheesy and ooey gooey. So if you love pasta and cheesy goodness than you will love this Fusilli Alfredo Bake. It combines simple ingredients for great flavor. Mix in some veggies so it seems a little healthy and voila, you have got something good in your oven!
Delicious Rating: This easy recipe is so simple to make. Serve with a salad and some bread and you are good to go with a fast and delicious dinner. The creaminess is in every bite and the vegetables are aplenty. I added a little more red pepper flakes for real heat but you can do it according to your taste. This delicious cheesy delight is a must in my house!

The Best Salsa in the World
The Best Salsa in the World. Yes, that is a high title to live up to but I seriously believe that this Salsa stands. Oh man, it is delicious! Delicious and addicting. We couldn’t stop eating it, it is that good.
I modeled this salsa after one of my favorite salsas: Chevy’s Salsa! I used to go to Chevy’s just for their salsa and chips. I think the waiters would hate me. The key to this recipe isn’t some fake liquid smoke, it is actually grilling the tomatoes and peppers on a charcoal grill…My mouth is literally watering typing this up.
Delicious Rating: A charcoal grill is the only option for this recipe. Gas will not give it the real smoky taste and liquid smoke is so out of the question. After the grilling it is a super easy recipe, blend it all up and serve! It tastes better (if that is possible) the next day after all the flavors have come together and melded perfectly. I am going to the store right now to buy some more ingredients!

Homemade Spicy Hummus
When my sister and I went to Jordan there was no shortage of hummus. Back then I had no clue what hummus was so I kept my distance. Now that I am trying to eat healthier and adopt a vegan lifestyle, Hummus has re-entered my life.
I think you either like hummus or you don’t, there is no in-between. (sigh) I don’t like hummus. I guess it is the texture of goop…I just don’t like it. But this Hummus Recipe is good. I only know this because I served it to others and everyone loved it. But not me. I don’t like Hummus.
Delicious Rating: So this rating is strictly based on my taste buds. It is a super easy recipe to make and you can really cater it to what you prefer. It is not too spicy but still very flavorful. Like I said, all my guests really enjoyed this Hummus recipe, some asking for the recipe itself. I just didn’t care for it. I just don’t care for Hummus as a whole. What about you? Are you a Hummus fan?

Pesto “Straw & Hay” Pasta
Paglia e Fieno or ‘Straw & Hay’ is so named because of the two types of pasta noodles used: regular linguine and spinach linguine. The color contrast resembles the difference between straw and hay. But the name isn’t that important to me. Any pasta is good but throw in some pesto…I may die. And Yay for Vegan Pasta Recipes, healthy and delicious.
Delicious Rating: This is an easy recipe and very light too. I couldn’t find spinach noodles but there were some light green ones, basil, and actually tasted wonderful with the pesto sauce. I also cannot find yellow squash here in Mexico so I just used 2 green summer squash and they worked out great. I made this for an early lunch and DH & I devoured it. I bought a jar of vegan pesto but you are more than welcome to make homemade pesto. This is a delicious meal even if all you have is some leftover pasta and pesto! I am bias though since I think pesto is delicious, what about you?
