Sweet or Savory, Glaze can be used in a variety of dishes, not just in desserts. Apply it by dipping, dripping, or brushing it on. Of course, I love any dessert with glaze on it! Anytime I make a lemon glaze, I end up eating half of it with a spoon! Fortunately, I always double the recipe so I am able to have enough left for the dessert!
