Ham
Ham is the cut of meat from the thigh of the hind leg, particularly from the pig. Ham can be baked, smoked, cured, and delicious in a sandwich! How do you usually eat ham? I love a thick slice served with Southern sides like Macaroni and Cheese, collard greens, and cornbread. I love ham cooked with a thick honey glaze to coat every inch of it and preserve the juiciness inside. Don’t over heat your ham! No one has ever raved over a dried out ham, right? The following recipes let you see how I like to cook ham here at my home.

Yummy Yummy Time! Pig…Ham…a delicious meat, especially when you add a sweet glaze to it! Because Ham is the star of a ‘Ham Dinner’ you need to make sure the taste is flavorful. I love to score the ham and clove it and make sure that it will be nice and crisp on the outside while seriously moist on the inside. Don’t overcook it!
