Parsley
One of the most versatile Herbs is Parsley. Great on just about anything and even by itself! Parsley can be added to salad greens and eaten fresh. Top your fresh marinara sauce with freshly cut parsley for added flavor and depth in tastes. But don’t forget to check your teeth after eating parsley. This herb finds a way to wedge itself in the nooks and crannies of any and everybody’s teeth! Curly leaf parsley is most used as a garnish that you see at buffets or restaurants. Tired of the same old side dishes? Don’t despair, Parsley Potatoes are here! Okay, that was corny but I couldn’t resist. I cooked meatloaf the other day and didn’t feel like making mashed potatoes or my typical meatloaf sides. The store had these cute little red potatoes so I bought a bag and some fresh parsley.
