Ponzu Green Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh Ginger, minced
  • ½ Shallot, minced
  • 4 Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Zucchinni, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1½ cup Broccoli florrets
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ⅔ cup Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing w/Sudachi Citrus
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir fry garlic, ginger, shallot, and green onions for 1-2 minutes, until very fragrant.
  3. Add in the rest of your vegetable and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until desired consistency.
  4. Mix Ponzu, honey, and soy sauce with cornstarch and add into the pan.
  5. Allow to thicken and serve over rice.
