Gingered Peanut Sauce

Yields: ½ cup Sauce
Yummy sauce paired with spring rolls, chicken, rice, pasta.
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1½ tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with prepared meal or heat in saucepan on low heat.
  3. Add in more milk if it thickens too much.
