Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Caribbean curry powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 lbs of Tilapia, cut into strips
Instructions
  1. Whisk together all batter ingredients while oil is heating to 375 F.
  2. Dredge each strip of fish in batter and deep fry in oil for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Place on wire rack over paper towels and serve immediately.
