Tangy and Sweet Coleslaw

Serve with a Kansas Pulled Pork Sandwich
  • 1 small to medium head of cabbage, shredded
  • 3 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  1. Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar together.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage and carrots and coat evenly.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour and serve.
