The Best Guacamole Recipe you will ever eat! Serve with Chips.
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half and throw out seeds except one.
  2. spoon out avocado flesh into a bowl and add in lime juice and salt.
  3. Gently combine wiht a fork, not over mashing.
  4. Fold in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and jalapeno.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
