Fusilli Alfredo Bake

Serve with salad and bread.
  • 1 package of Fusilli
  • 1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables (corn, carrot, peas)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • Red Pepper flakes to taste
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook Pasta and add in frozen vegetables to boiling water 2 minutes before pasta is done.
  3. Drain.
  4. In a large bowl combine Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ricotta cheese, and basil.
  5. Lightly oil a 13x9 baking dish and add a couple spoonfuls of sauce to bottom.
  6. Toss pasta and veggies into large bowl with sauce and evenly coat.
  7. Place half the mixture in baking dish and cover with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes.
  8. Repeat with remaining pasta and cheese.
  9. Cover top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
